REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy and Personal Training Policy sets out how Gloryangel Enterprise (Company Registration No. 202303292359) of No. 10, Lorong Awan 5, Kuala Ampang, 68000 Ampag Selangor, Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”) deals with requests for refund of goods sold and/or services rendered.

1​. REFUND

All payments made for personal training sessions and/or packages, online programs, subscriptions, membership, online course materials, and/or goods sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

 

2. CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE

In the event of cancellation of a personal training package by us for whatsoever reason, a full refund will be given to the participant who registered for the said personal training. The refund will be done via Telegraphic Transfer(TT) or Local Banks, and DuitNow. Local Bank TT refund will be processed within 14 working days.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE TO ANOTHER PERSON​

Any purchased personal training package is not allowed to be transferred to another person. Nevertheless, exceptions may be granted with valid reason and supporting documentation(s) at our sole discretion.

 

4. PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULED SESSION

0.1. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a training session.
 

0.2. If a client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered a "late cancellation" and will be charged at the full rate.
 

0.3. If a client does not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged at the full rate.
 

0.4. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, the session will not be considered a late cancel or no-show, but the client must provide documentation of the emergency or illness (e.g. a doctor's note).
 

0.5. Clients may cancel their personal training package at any time, but will not be refunded for any unused sessions.
 

0.6. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within the time limit from the date of the first training session. Personal training sessions are void after this period.
 

0.7. The validity period of your Personal Training sessions is not extended unless supported by relevant travel documentation or a valid Medical certificate instructing against exercise.

5. MODIFICATION  OF THIS POLICY

​We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time and without notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
